Directions: I-190 to Grand Island; after crossing bridge, follow signs for Beaver Island State Park. Turn right after entering park. First tee is next to the office.

This course begins at the park office overlooking the Niagara river and loops through the southwestern portion of the park around the nesting grounds of the course's namesake blue heron.  The terrain varies from perfectly flat to rolling hills to two big downhill holes.  Water is in play alongside a couple of holes, and frequently wind off the river can add to the challenge.  Most fairways are lightly wooded, and pin placements vary from entirely open to heavily guarded by foliage.  When the park office is open discs are for sale with the course logo.
